Equipment Features 1.This machine adopts CNC double swing head with five-axis and five-linkage functions, which can complete thprocessing of pentah-edron milling, boring, drilling, tapping and sawing. 2.It is suitable for three-dimensional space five-axis linkage processing of various vehicles, rail transit, and various industrial aluminum materials, and can complete the process content such as holes, grooves and contour shapes on various aluminum profiles. 3.It adopts imported high-precision double swing heads, and is equipped with a high-power, high-speed electric spindle. The inner taper hole of the spindle head is an HSK63F interface, which has a high metal cutting capacity per unit time. 4.It adopts Taiwan's SYNTEC high-quality CNC system, has a good user interface, can complete complex five-axis linkage processing, and can realize RTCP control (five-axis processing) functions. All CNCs are equipped with CANOPEN bus communication. 5.The workbench is made of high-strength cast iron, and the key structural parts such as the bed, beams, slides, and rams are all made of steel plate weldments, which are analyzed and calculated by finite element analysis to ensure the optimal mass-rigidity ratio. 6.Excellent static and dynamic performance and thermal performance, the cast iron work table is equipped with standard T-shaped slots, which can be conveniently positioned and installed various fixtures and workpieces. 7.Equipped with a water circulation cooling system for the motorized spindle, an automatic lubrication system for the feed drive and a cooling spray system for the cutting tool to ensure the reliable operation and precision stability. 8.Equipped with 12-station rotary tool magazine, automatic tool change.Product Paramenters
