Machine introduction:

The equipment adopts an advanced CNC numerical control system, combined with our company's self-developed post-processing software, enabling the perfect integration of fiber cutting and precision machining through tool drilling and milling, greatly improving processing efficiency. This machine can simultaneously meet various processing needs such as drilling and milling.

● The CNC system is equipped with a file storage unit capable of storing tens of thousands of different machining program files, allowing operators to freely access them during on-site production, making it convenient and efficient.

The body of this machine equipment is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, which have undergone welding, thermal aging stress relief treatment, and precision machining to ensure high precision processing. This ensures high-power milling and fiber cutting processing of the spindle head.

● Adopting a moving beam and moving column gantry frame structure, it operates more smoothly and enhances the machining rigidity of the machine tool.

● High-quality imported servo motors, ball screws, linear guide pairs, bearings, and other mechanisms are employed to ensure high machining precision, high stability, and reliability of the equipment.

● Equipped with a 12-station tool magazine. it can be fix diameter 300mm blade.

The centralized automatic feeding lubrication method with quantitative and timing control ensures the stability of machine tool accuracy.

● Equipped with safety protection features, the machine will automatically stop processing if someone enters the non-safe area during operation, ensuring safety.

● The large gantry four-axis CNC machining center for aluminum profiles features a spindle and fiber cutting head that can rotate freely within ±95° around the Y-axis. With a single setup, it can complete the machining of three surfaces, demonstrating extremely high work efficiency.

3.1 Spindle motor: The spindle adopts a 9kW air-cooled tool change spindle, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

3.2 Bed and worktable: thermal aging stress relief treatment, precision machining;

3.3 Guide rail: High-precision linear guide rails are used for all X, Y, and Z axes;

3.4 X-axis transmission: Both adopt imported high-precision gear and rack transmission;

3.5 Z-axis and Y-axis transmission: Imported high-precision ball screw transmission is adopted;
