    Product Introduction
    The MC6512 Five-Axis CNC Gantry Machining Center is equipped with a five-axis simultaneous CNC double swing head, capable of completing complex machining processes including 5-face milling, boring, drilling, and sawing. It is designed for 3D five-axis machining of various aluminum profiles, widely used in industries such as automotive, rail transportation, and industrial aluminum applications. The machine can process various holes, slots, and contour shapes on aluminum profiles with high precision and efficiency. The machine adopts an imported high-precision double swing head equipped with a high-power, high-speed electric spindle. The spindle taper uses the HSK63F interface, providing excellent rigidity, accuracy, and machining performance.

    With an advanced and user-friendly CNC interface, the machine supports complex five-axis
    simultaneous machining and RTCP (Rotational Tool Center Point) control, enabling high-precision 3D machining. The worktable is made of high-strength cast iron, while key structural components such as the machine bed, crossbeam, carriage, and ram are manufactured from welded steel plates. Through finite element analysis (FEA) optimization, the machine achieves an excellent balance between weight and rigidity, ensuring superior static, dynamic, and thermal stability. The cast iron worktable is equipped with standard T-slots, allowing convenient installation of various fixtures and workpieces. The machine is equipped with: 1.
